I'm so grateful to you and the wealth of knowledge you shared during these past 4 weeks. I will miss this class, but you're not getting rid of me that easily. I look forward to the Friday classes and beginning my real estate investor journey. After completing this mentorship, I feel equipped with the knowledge and I'm ready to go out and take action.

I am truly at a loss for words to express just how grateful I am for the opportunity to be a part of Yamu's mentorship program. It brings me immense joy to see how Yamu dedicated her time to explain every topic with such clarity, allowing even beginners like myself to grasp the intricacies of real estate in such a short span.

Yama's generosity in sharing knowledge is truly commendable. She exemplifies what it means to be an exceptional mentor. Choosing to enroll in her program was one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I have absolutely no regrets.

This was an eye opener.

I really appreciate the effort taken to put these classes together. This was an eye opener to the Midwest markets for me. The little tidbits and "Gems " dropped in the class were the most valuable to me. You can't get those types of value from slideshows or course materials,  you have to be sitting in the class to experience it. I will recommend this mentorship to both newbies in real estate and experienced investors as well. I am grateful for the experience and can't wait to join the Alumni community.

Very engaging and informative

The 4-week Mentorship Session with Yamudow was very engaging and informative. I already started doing my research before joining the September cohort but I knew I needed to find someone who had already walked the talk, and with evidences. Yamu is an excellent tutor and ensured everyone got a training worth the amount paid. If you're looking for a mentor to show you the strategies for real estate investing, then Yamudow is your go-to person.

Hello Yamu. I’ve been following REI investing topics for years now. I knew random things, like random puzzles pieces. For the first time ever, since participating in your mentorship, I finally understand what I needed to understand about each puzzle piece and finally understand how they fit together. I feel empowered and prepared for the next step, which is DOING and learning more from that experience.
